No authentication stamp and does not pass the silver test. More like aluminum than silver. Especially the weight factor feels like aluminum. I have to send it certified mail back and they are only giving me 80% on one cup. Charging 20% for an unverifiable sliver cup. This is not a reputable company. Spent $622.34 and they stated 100% for one cup and 80% on the other cup. $290.81 each, 2nd cup with them discounting 20%, they stated 80% refund is $232.65, they charged tax of $40.71. Let's see what they really refund me on their alleged silver cups.

Because they are pure silver and not standard 925 sterling alloys, they inherently have a softer feel and a different weight profile. Additionally, every piece features a hand-applied 999 authentication stamp on the base. We strive to provide excellent customer service, which is why we authorized your return despite it being past our 30-day policy. As explained in our messages, we are issuing a 100% refund for the unused cup, and an 80% refund for the second cup strictly because it was returned used and without its original packaging.
