When will I receive my order?

Orders are guaranteed to be shipped out between 2-4 working days after purchase. Once they are shipped, it usually takes about 2-3 days to arrive (unexpected delays during shipment can occur). Each order will have a tracking number, so updates on its shipment progress will be available. Feel free to contact me if you need your items by a certain day and I will do my best to accommodate you!

My product arrived damaged. What do I do?

If this happens, please contact me ASAP and provide a picture of the issue. I'll gladly repair or replace the item, depending on the problem.

My item broke. What now?

I gladly do repairs on items that break within 90 days of delivery. Contact me & I will send you all information regarding repairs. For any other instances outside of this time fame, send me a message and I’ll see how I can help.

Handling & Care Instructions

For our jewelry collection, we recommend the following guidelines to ensure the longest lifetime. 1. Don’t wear your jewelry when swimming, showering or exercising. 3. Put jewelry on after applying perfumes, lotions, etc. 4. Remove jewelry before washing your hands and using hand sanitizing products. 5. Store jewelry in a pouch or soft cloth separate from other jewelry to avoid tangling and scratching. While our gold filled pieces are a lot more long lasting and very tarnish resistant compared to gold plated pieces, we still recommend following the above guidelines if you'd like the gold bonded layer to last for many years.

What happens if my package gets lost in the mail?

Your shipping costs include tracking for each order. This is so that packages can easily be traced if something goes wrong. If your package was sent to the wrong address (due to you entering it incorrectly), I cannot assist you. If your order says "delivered", yet you haven't received it, it is not my responsibility. I can only control the quality of the product and getting it to the post office. Once it leaves there, the location and delivery of the package is completely out of my control.

Entering incorrect/incomplete addresses:

If you realize that you incorrectly entered your address (or need an item shipped to another address), contact me immediately so that I get everything switched before I ship your package. If you mis-type your address (or give an incomplete address) without realizing it, I will contact you via email and Etsy, before printing a shipping label. If I don't receive a response within the next 3-4 days, I will issue a full refund and cancel your transaction.

Quick shipping and lovely earrings. But the post part of the earring is just a little too thick for a standard-gauged ear piercing. It hurts to put in and leaves them sore afterwards, so I don't enjoy wearing them like I thought I would.

Please do NOT purchase those. For that price, after 2 months of wear (no swimming), this is what I’m dealing with. The plating- yes, I don’t believe this to be gold filled- has worn off. What’s even worse is whatever is underneath is NOT hypoallergenic. My ears started scabbing within hours, likely nickel as I’m very sensitive to it. Wrote to the seller, no answer. If you want to waste your money, go ahead. Otherwise, shop elsewhere.
