1. Log into the Etsy account where your purchase was made 2. Click on your profile picture on the Etsy home page (top right corner) 3. Click the "Purchases and Reviews" tab 4. Click "Download Files" button located to the right of your order 5. You will then see the download screen with your purchased files You should also receive an order confirmation email from Etsy in the email account you made the purchase under. In that email, there is also a link that says, "View your files on Etsy." The link brings you to the Etsy home page where you follow the above steps (login, click purchases and reviews, click download files). If you have any issues or need help, feel free to message me :)
