WHAT IS AN ASPECT RATIO?

An aspect ratio is the proportional relationship between the width and height of a rectangle. When possible, we offer our Prints in different aspect ratios. That means you need to choose the one that best fits the frame you want to use. The most common aspect ratios for frames are 5:4, 4:3, 3:2 and International Paper Size (A5, A4, A3, A2, A1).

WHAT IS A ZIP FILE & HOW DO I OPEN IT?

A ZIP file is a set of files compressed into a single file. We use this kind of files when the original file format is not supported by Etsy upload browser or when there are too many files available for download (Etsy just allows to upload five files for each listing). To open ZIP files and have access to your files, just double-click on it and let your computer show the files contained inside. As a general rule of thumb, a gloss coating will give your art prints an exquisite shine, high colour saturation, and provide additional protection against stains and damage. A matte coating, on the other hand, will give your artwork an overall subdued appearance with softer colour tones and a very slight sheen. Whether you decide to go with a matte finish or a glossy finish however, will ultimately depend on personal preference.
