We are happy to work with you to modify existing product design details. If your request is for a change in font - to another one we have access to - or for changes that do not require us to create a new template, we don't charge anything. If we are creating a new design or need to purchase a new font, custom designs start at $25. We always ask you to approve the final design proof prior to producing your item(s).

We can always hustle a bit to get things done a little bit faster, but if your timing requires us to move your order to the front of the line, we will let you know you will have to put a RUSH on your order. RUSH orders are $25, and we push to get rush order proofs sent usually with in 24 hours and completed in 2 days after approval of proof. RUSH processing does not include expedited shipping...sometimes you can get by with one or the other, and sometimes you may need to pay for both rush processing and expedited shipping.
