I am so sorry that your special island of Maui arrived broken. Upon you notifying me i was happy to help in any way and first of all use the Etsy insurance from USPS damage handling to replace or refund your broken Maui. A complete refund was given timely. These things unfortunately happen but glad we could make it right!
