Use cold or hot, this meditation mask is filled with organic flaxseed and scented with eucalyptus and spearmint essential oil for the perfect selfcare gift, gift for mom or friend. Select fabric, pattern, and scent below. Measures approximately 9" x 4" and weighs approximately 12 oz
🛁 Our eye pillows are handcrafted and sewn by us!

🌱 Each aromatherapy eye pillow is individually wrapped in biodegradable film and fully labelled with instructions for use.
📣 Please read list of ingredients to identify any potential allergy. Do not use if you notice a reaction. External use only.
🛁 HOW TO USE:
1. For a warm pillow, place insert only in microwave for 10 seconds at a time, massage filling for even heat distribution.
2. Place insert back in pillow cover. Place pillow over desired over eyes.
**** Do not OVERHEAT! May cause burns if too hot. For external use only.
3. For cold press, place insert only in fridge for at least 1 hour.
4. Place insert in pillow cover and place on top of desired area.
🛁 CARE:
Pillow cover can be hand washed. Lay flat to dry. DO NOT WASH INSERT. After six months, apply 2 drops of Lavender Essential Oil on insert to replenish scent.
