How to Order:
1. Each milestone set includes a “hello world” disc, 1–11 months discs, and a one-year disc—everything you need to capture baby’s first year in a beautiful, consistent style. Want a personalized name disc added on? Choose the "Milestones w/name" option. ALL milestone discs are 3.75" diameter.

Want more? Choose from our bundle options to pair your milestones with a matching stat sign, footprint sign, and/or a larger name sign—perfect for birth announcements and keepsake photos.

All bundles include the 3.75" monthly milestones PLUS 6" signs of your choice. 6" signs are our most popular size for birth stat and footprint signs for photos and display. Prefer different sizes for your signs? You can easily mix and match by adding individual signs to your cart. Please note, all monthly milestone discs are 3.75" in diameter.
