Custom and personalized orders

We have several ways to do a custom depending on charm style you are interested in. You can use the search bar in my shop and enter "custom" and those options will appear. Please read description carefully so you have all the information you need to make sure you are doing it correctly.

Easy cleaning. Use a soft cloth and polish them up without the use of any chemicals.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We do not use fluffy packaging. We anticipate on selling to jewelry makers who do not require anything pretty. However, we do package each charm in its own baggie to protect it from scratching.

I want more than 100, is there a cheaper price?

Short answer: No. Long answer: No, there is not. Seriously...whatever the largest pack size you see for the item you like, is the best price point.

Graphics and Images and Logos, OH MY!

We can help with this. If you are seeking a charm that has your business name or maybe you need something special for an event that requires a specific image or graphic, we can work with you. Please message us to initiate the conversation about what you need.

More information on returns - the whole "contact us if there is a problem" generic message by Etsy.

If we make an error, we will fix it. If you make the error, please feel free to place a new order.
