♡ Can you change the color or size of these ears and/or tail? ♡

Absolutely! Everything in my shop can be customized to fit your preferences. Prices may vary based on details, size or weight, and any new materials required. If you're interested, just send me a message! I'd be happy to help!

♡ Do you accept custom orders? ♡

I am happy to consider custom orders for my shop. I typically accept custom requests when I am confident I can create the item and my current workload permits. Please feel free to reach out with your ideas or requests, and I will let you know if I can accommodate them at that time. Thank you for your interest and understanding!

♡ Fur Care Tips ♡

After wearing your ears or tails for a while, brush them gently in the direction of the faux fur with a comb or a fur brush (note that fur brushes may cause light shedding). If you notice any creases in the faux fur, you can easily smooth them out by using a blow dryer with heat. Blow on the crease while combing the fur for about 30 seconds to a minute, and it should gradually disappear, leaving your faux fur fluffy again! Please avoid washing your ears and tails in a washer/dryer, as it will ruin the airbrushed details and damage the faux fur. I am not responsible for any damage to your items after they've been received.

♡ Item Stock / Made to Order ♡

Please note that all items are made after purchase, so nothing is ready to ship right now. My current processing time is about one and a half to two months, but this may vary during busy and slow periods. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

All orders are wrapped securely with decorative paper & shipped in plain brown boxes.

♡ International customs and import taxes/tariffs ♡

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your purchase and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. If a package is not claimed due to unpaid customs fees and is returned to us, customers will be required to pay the shipping fee again. Shipping costs for returned packages are not refundable. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Your choice of preferred tail attachment options:
- **Elastic loop/band**: Two stretchy elastic strips sewn to the base of the tail, this option is recommended for mobility while wearing the tail. A belt is needed for this attachment and it's especially suitable for wearing at conventions.
- **Hook clasp**: These options allow you to clip onto garments and is also recommended for plugs. The hook clip spins 360 degrees. Please note the tail may lay to the side when walking.
