Delivery and Shipping

All orders are sent via Australia Post with trackable postage. We do not send any orders without tracking. If you need your order urgently we recommend upgrading your shipping to Express Post for a guaranteed delivery of 1 - 2 business days for metro postcodes. We currently only offer domestic shipping. International shipping available on our website. Express Post Upgrade - www.blackbowstudio.com/express-shipping-upgrade Orders received after cut-off may not arrive before Christmas.

We've worked hard designing our products and we hope you love them as much as we do but if your product is not what you expected we offer refunds (excluding shipping costs) on most products as long as they are received by us unopened and unused within 21 days. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs Custom or personalised items, cake and cupcake toppers are exempt from our refund policy. Of course, if your item is not what you ordered or arrives damaged please let us know and we'll replace it. If you have an issue with your order please don't hesitate to contact us either via Etsy or our email hello@blackbowstudio.com

Faulty or Damaged Products

We know how disappointing it is when an item is lost or damaged during transit and we do our best to package your order securely to avoid damage. If your order arrives damaged or not at all please let us know and give us the opportunity to fix the issue. We're always happy to help!

How long will it take you to reply my email?

We answer all emails within the same business day, however if you email after hours or on the weekend we will reply the next the business day. Our office hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (GMT+10) excluding public holidays. Our studio is located in Brisbane, Australia

How do I download my digital item

You can download the templates and/or directions for downloading your templates directly from the purchases page within Etsy www.etsy.com/your/purchases - you will need to be logged into your purchasing account for the link to work. If you checkout as a guest you will receive an email with a link to download your templates. If you cannot find the email please contact us with your order number and we'll send your files to you. How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

Every effort is made to send orders within 1-2 business days. We will advise if there will be a delay in dispatching your order.

Can I add extra items to my order?

If you would like to add additional items to your order after you've been through the checkout you will need to create another order. If your first order has not already been dispatched we will consolidate all of your orders into a single parcel and refund any unused postage.

If you need to upgrade your shipping to express post for an existing order, you can do so using the express post upgrade link on our website below.
