I can't see what I want, could you design something for me? Can it be personalised?

Yes, what ever you have in mind, just get in touch and I'll do my best to meet your needs. I can look into sourcing items especially for your custom made design. Please be aware this will affect the dispatch timescale. If you have seen a couple of designs you like, but would like them combining to make a new design, I can do that too. Anything can be personalised whether it be a current listing or a custom design. Just let me know how you would like it personalised.

Where possible, sizing of clothing items usually has a size guide as one of the photos on the listing. If you find there isn't one on the item you're looking at or you're in doubt of the sizing of any product, please feel free to pop me a message and I'll do my best to help you choose the best size for your needs.

Our fabric based items including clothing and soft toys are personalised using either high quality heat transfer vinyl (htv) or sublimation printing directly to the garment. For all items we recommend the following to ensure the quality and longevity of your purchase. Clothing of all types: * Wash inside out where possible. * Wash at 30 or cool. * Use fabric softener sparingly. * Do not tumble dry. * Cool iron on reverse and don't iron over decoration. * Don't expose HTV decorated items directly to heat - the decoration will melt! Soft toys and comforters: *Hand wash only *Do not tumble dry *Do not iron over or apply heat directly to decoration.

When will I receive my order? - This depends on two factors; processing time and your location. Please see below for more info.

A) PROCESSING TIME Our standard processing time is around 5-7 business days, however in the lead upto Christmas or any other major events, it may reach two weeks or more. Please keep this in mind when ordering, especially at busy times. The current processing time for each item can be found under the section "processing time" on each individual listing. B) YOUR LOCATION Storks and Rainbows operates from the UK. Standard UK delivery is RM48 tracked and takes 2-5 days from dispatch. If you're in the USA, this is International Tracked and it can be up to 2 weeks. Shipping upgrades for both locations are available at checkout. For accurate information see the estimated delivery date on the listing page or at checkout.

Gift wrapping and packaging

As standard all orders come wrapped in branded neutral tissue. If you require a more special touch we have a gift wrapping option available to purchase. By purchasing gift wrap at checkout for £4 (*please note this is different to selecting the "this is a gift" option) you will receive your item wrapped in branded tissue and either gift boxed, wrapped in wrapping paper or wrapped in cellophane. You will also receive a ribbon or pull bow and a gift tag. If you leave a free gift note this will be hand written on the tag. * The "this is a gift" tick box does not mean your item is gift wrapped. It just means it will not come with a receipt with the price on it.

Can I return my order?

Most of our products are personalised. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of personalised items due to a change of mind. If you're unsure if it's personalised, if you wrote something in a "personalisation box" at the time of purchase then the answer is yes, it's personalised and cannot be returned. If your item is faulty or isn't as described however, please get in touch so we can help further. If you didn't write any text in a personalisation box at the time of purchase then you may return the item at your cost within 30 days of purchase in original unused condition.
