- PROOFING -
Upon receiving your order and details, we will send you a pdf proof for your review within 3-5 business days. We allow up to 3 free rounds of proofs.

APPROVE THE PROOF - Upon your final approval of the design, we will send them off to print and mail them to you within 2-3 weeks of your order date.
Please plan accordingly.

*Please also note that I cannot accept returns or process refunds due to errors on approved proofs, regardless of where the error originated. While I do my best to call attention to any errors I may see during the proofing process, final proof approval is ultimately the responsibility of the client.

PROCESSING:
Stamp processing can take between 5-7 days to develop from design to production. After placing you order you can expect to receive your item within 8-14 business days.

RUSH ORDER:
If your event is right around the corner and you're pinched for time we ask that you include a rush fee in your order. Go to our main shop page and click on the "Rush my order" listing to attach this fee and have your order jumped to the front of the line.

SHIPPING
-All orders ship via USPS Mail with tracking info.
-The parcel will be shipped to the address listed in your ETSY account, so please make sure it is up-to-date and correct!
