When I tell you that my fiance fell to the floor and clutched his plush to his chest when he received it, that should tell you everything that you need to know! The product not only met, but exceeded every expectation that we could have had! I would absolutely recommend Tinker&Forge to anyone looking to get a custom made product!

While the plush was good quality and arrived quickly, communication with this seller was a very big hassle. I was left almost four months with zero updates, despite asking numerous times for one and being either denied or stalled an answer. Once I was given an update, many things were inaccurate, despite wishing otherwise multiple times in our earlier conversation. While I am impressed with the quality of the plush itself, it simply wasn’t worth the hassle and errors that came with it!
