The quality of the phone charm chain is nice, in the sense that it is cute, matches my phone case, and came as described. I also customized mine to add letters to it, and the seller did that for me, too. The item shipped fast, and was delivered fast. It’s also durable, in the sense that I can hold my iPhone 17 Pro Max by the chain, and the bracelet hasn’t snapped or anything. If I could make a few suggestions for improvement for the seller, I would say: First, phone chains I previously ordered from other sellers always included the tab that you can put behind your phone to hook on to. This one does not. Secondly, the spacing of the beads is super tight, which is fine. But if you like to twist the beads or fidget with them, some of the beads will scratch against each other. Just my thoughts but I love it regardless!
