-You may use my clip art for greeting cards, invitations, prints, tags, stationary, and brochures for personal or commercial use. You may use my clip art for banner or logo designs.

-You may use my clip art to decorate your blog and on blog posts. However these are our terms and conditions. First the size of the graphics must be changed; under no conditions can you upload the clip art in its original size to your blog. Secondly, the graphics cannot be used in its original form on a transparent background.

-You may not re-sell or redistribute Rainy Day Clip Art graphics or clip art as your own. This restriction also includes emailing or transferring clip art to any other individuals or third parties.

-You may not claim the work as your own, altered or unaltered. You cannot distribute or publish the product as is. You are also not allowed to lend, assign, or gift our clip art. Resale of our clip art in a form of design resource such as clip art, papers, patterns, collage sheets, garments, and vectors is not permitted.

-You may not use our clip art for mature content. You are also not permitted to use any of our clip art in relation to hate groups or violent organizations.

-You may not print any work containing our images in excess of 1,000 times. If you would like to, or plan to, use our clip art in your work more than 1,000 times than you must contact us first to negotiate a fair price for the license.
