What is shipping time for my order?

Shipping time includes processing time and actual time to deliver your order. Processing time is making your order ready to ship. That includes putting the order together and packaging. In most cases processing time is 1-2 business days. After your order is delivered to a USPS office you will get a notification with tracking number. Delivery usually takes between 2-6 business days and depends on USPS. Delays might occur during holiday season or due to other circumstances such as COVID19. Delivery times also might slightly differ depending on a package type and weight: Packages under 1 pound ship as a First Class. Packages over 1 pound automatically ship as Priority.

Do you offer a Free Shipping?

I do offer a Free Shipping on orders of $50 and more for the US and $75 for Canada. For orders under $50 I offer combined shipping. When you purchase more than 1 item, each additional item will have a reduced shipping cost. Total shipping cost will be calculated automatically during check-out.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Unless it’s a personalized or custom order. In most cases the order can be canceled before it’s shipped. But as some orders are ready to ship within couple hours I ask you to cancel your order within 3 hours after purchase. Just send me a message and I will do my best to help you.

What if I didn't get my order?

Once your order is shipped, and is in the care of the carrier service, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged orders. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order and I'll see what I can do!

Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders are very welcome! If you don’t see something you looking for - send me a message and I will be happy to make a custom item for you. Personalization is also available! Just send me a message with the details before purchasing the item. I will make sure it can be done and quote you a personalization fee.
