1. Hop onto your computer and sign into Etsy.com. The Etsy app does not have an option to download digital files at this time.
2. Click on "your account" in the upper right, then click "Purchases"
3. Next to your digital purchase, select "Download Files" - This button may be grayed out until your payment has finished processing with Etsy. Check back in a few minutes if it's grayed out.

You will also receive a download notification email from Etsy when your files are available.
