I'm very impressed by the customer service and the quality of the items I received. Vike was easy to chat with about the complicated details of my order, which included over 50 individual items for my very large sectional. I expected the order to be wrong, but it was perfect. The fabric is exactly what I expected (I previously ordered samples), and all the pieces are well made, probably better than my original IKEA pieces.
