What if my order is lost in the mail?

Custom and personalized orders

If the package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, we will not cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. Customers should reach out to the carrier to inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person.

SHIPPING:
Your package ships in 1-5 business days and to be delivered to your address in 2-5 business days. In general, delivery is faster than it, but these times may be a little longer during busy periods.
