My badge reels are sourced out by the highest quality provider in the industry. Though I rarely have problems & test all of the reel mechanisms before shipping, I do understand that life happens and things do break or get worn out.

Should any of your reel mechanisms break within 3 months of your package being marked as delivered (via USPS tracking), please message the shop immediately with a photo of the broken reel so I can send a replacement to you.

Note: I do not issue replacements without a photograph.

My badge designs move very quickly in my shop. If the exact design you purchased is ready to ship, I will send that out to you within 3 business days. If it is not, anything of equal value is available for you to choose from.

Please be aware shipping times with the USPS are still unpredictable. I have no control over the speed in which your package travels after it is picked up by the post office or if the tracking updates appropriately. The dates that Etsy posts for delivery of your package(s) are estimates and not promises. They are also not guaranteed by the USPS.

I do not offer refunds or replacements on orders that are delayed in transit.

Once your package has been handed over to the USPS, though it is no longer in my hands, I am happy to help facilitate any communication you may have with the USPS.

Please reach out directly to your local post office about delays or delivery issues.

Lost or missing packages often can be located by contacting your post office, checking with your neighbors and/or filling out a missing mail claim form on the USPS website. If your package is marked as delivered and you haven't received it, please contact your local post office ASAP for assistance. I do not send replacements for orders that are marked as delivered via your USPS tracking number.

Processing time for your order is 5-7 business days. This excludes weekends and holidays. Your order will ship on the date that is on your invoice, which you can view in your email confirmation from Etsy.

Should you need your item(s) sooner, I offer a Rush Order fee which places your order at the beginning of my order queue. More information can be found in the item details of the Rush Order listing (see the Extras & Add-ons Category).

Please do not leave questions, requests for different shipping dates or requests for custom changes in the note to seller box. They are not seen until your order is already in process due to the large volume of orders I fulfill daily.

Please make sure your address is correct before you checkout. Due to how busy my shop is, I can no longer change addresses once an order has been completed. If you use the wrong address, please let me know and I will cancel your order so you can reorder with the correct address.

Combined shipping is available if I am contacted through Etsy messages. If I am not contacted directly, orders placed separately will ship separately.

Please message the shop for quantity and pricing details as not all designs are available for discounted pricing.

If you choose "Mark as Gift" as an option, please leave a note for the recipient of the package so they know who the badge reel is from. Etsy populates an insert for me to include with your order, that contains your note, a picture of the item as well as the order number.
