If your package appears to be missing or delayed, try not to worry! In past experiences 99% of packages will show up even if late. I've had a few cases where a package will be marked as delievered and then go back out for shipping to actually reach it's destination-- I'm unsure about why this is happening but it is not something I can fix. I will only reship packages if it has been 1 month in the US or 4 months Internationally (as some orders are taking a really long time to reach home!)

I do not accept returns or exchanges, if the product is damaged in some way due to my mistake or I've sent out the wrong item I can send a new one! Otherwise, I cannot accept returns.

I tend to ship orders out twice a week. Orders within the US should typically take 2-10 days and international can vary from anything to 2 to 12 weeks. Sadly, I cannot control these times!

I can accept cancelations on orders within 5 hours of purchasing the product and if it has not yet been shipped.
