CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

I will send you a preview of what your product will look like AFTER you purchase the item. Keep in mind that providing a preview for your approval and/or making more than one edit could delay the processing time. If I don't hear a response within 48 hours after receiving the preview I will fulfill the order based on the information you provided. Mugs are printed on both sides. You can have a different phrase or photo for each side. If you want something different than what’s on the listing, I can change the text on any item. There is no character limit for most items, but the more text you add, the tinier the design will be. Don't see a product you want, please reach out, we usually can add any design to a different product.

DO YOU ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS AND GIVE REFUNDS?

I accept cancellations and will give you a refund if you send a request to cancel within 2 HOURS after purchasing. If an item has already been sent into production and/or shipped out I can not cancel or refund the order. Due to the personalized nature of my products, and lack of space, I do not accept returns. I’m happy to replace your item for free if it arrives damaged, the printing is defective, or if you receive the wrong item. I do require photos of damaged or defective products before I can send a replacement. I am not responsible for replacing an item if you enter the wrong address on your order, and it either gets returned to sender or delivered to the address on the order.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The processing times for each item are subject to change depending on the volume and time of the year. Due to the high volume around Holiday time shipping delays are highly likely. Processing is the time it takes for me to create your order and send it in to be placed in the printing & packing queue. Items will ship AFTER the processing is complete. Priority shipping does NOT speed up the processing. Actual Delivery of your item could take several days once it’s shipped. All processing times are calculated using business days.

IS THERE A GUARANTEE THAT I WILL RECEIVE MY ITEM BY A CERTAIN DATE?

Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee delivery on or before a date that you request when you choose regular or standard shipping. The range of delivery dates on your invoice are ESTIMATED dates by Etsy and may change depending upon what point we are at in the processing time. Also, due to the unpredictability of the post office, busier holiday seasons, weather, and other factors such as shortage of staff or out-of-stock products, I simply cannot promise something that is out of my control.

WHERE DO I SEND MY PHOTO?

If your order requires a photo, you can either email it to craftedbyserenity@gmail.com or send it here on messages by simply attaching it. Please send a clear photo. I will change the DPI to 300 but if photos are blurry or grainy, to begin with, they won’t turn out well on the mug.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGE

If tracking shows your package has been delivered, but you are not in possession of it, you will need to contact your local post office for assistance and open a claim with them. Please provide a safe and secure location for your deliveries. We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages or any USPS issues and therefore can not refund or replace an item that states it has been delivered. If it is past the 60-day mark from the time your item was shipped a claim can no longer be opened with the postal service and we are not responsible for a refund or replacement.

I'M SENDING THIS AS A GIFT, CAN I INCLUDE A GIFT NOTE?

Yes, we can add a short note on the front of the packaging for CUSTOM gifts only, just leave your gift note of 70 characters or less at checkout and we will include it at no charge. We never include pricing information in our shipments. If the item is NOT a personalized gift we are NOT able to add a gift note, because the items automatically get sent to production as is.

How can I figure out the right size for me? (T-Shirts)

We use Bella + Canvas 3001 shirts, which are unisex size (men's slim fit). The best way to check the right size for you is to get one of your favorite t-shirts, lay it down flat, and measure it according to the size chart provided in the listing. If you would like a cozy fit- size down, if you like an oversized fit-size up. Otherwise, they are true to size. If you are purchasing for someone else, you may refer to the following as a general guide to finding the right sizing: S: Size 4-6 M: Size 8-10 L: Size 12-14 XL: Size 14-16 2X: Size 18-20 3X: Size 22
