Can I change the order details or the shipping address?

You have 2 hours to make any additional changes to your order. Once your order is sent into production, I am not able to make any further changes to it. You will always receive a confirmation message as soon as your order is being sent into production.

What are your processing times?

Our items are made to order. Please allow 3-7 business days for production and an additional 3-7 business days for shipping. These dates may vary during the holiday season.

My order is stuck in pre transit. What should I do?

If your order is stuck in pre transit for more than 7 business days, please contact me as soon as possible. I will send a free replacement of your order right away. After 7 business days, the package is considered “lost” by the shipping service.

My order status is marked as “Delivered” but I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

I am missing an item from my order. What should I do?

The items are sometimes shipped separately, but I will always mention this in the confirmation message. If you did not receive a notice from me, please contact me as soon as possible with the order number and the missing item’s name.

Can I exchange / return / cancel my order?

You have 2 hours to contact me regarding your order. Once the item is sent into production, I am unable to cancel/refund your order. All of our items are made to order with love and care - we do not keep stock. Unless the received item is defective, I am unable to accept returns/exchanges.

My address is incorrect. What should I do?

Please review your address, size and color of the item carefully before placing your order. I am unable to track / cancel / refund / replace orders placed with an incorrect address.

Hand printed using DTG (Direct To Garment) method with certified, water-based pigment inks (Innobella Textile Inks) - high durability and washability as the ink has scored 4.0 or higher on the AATCC wash test. The inks are Okeo-Tex, Eco-Pass certified, and CPSIA-compliant.
Ribbed knit collar without seem, making it highly elastic so it retains its shape even after washing
Knit in one piece using tubular knit, reducing fabric waste
*please note that white ink is not naturally opaque, and when placed on the dark-colored garment it gives a softer feel and vintage appearance
