Can you gift wrap my items?

☽ I am very willing to gift wrap packages! The outside of the box/mailer cannot be changed, though, as it must display the shipping label. I can accommodate most gift wrapping requests. ☽ Please note that gift wrap requests must be made at time of purchase – I try to produce as little waste as possible, so I cannot reopen a package to gift wrap an item once it is sealed!

How do I care for my (item here)?

☽ Most products include a care card that outline how to properly care for your items that you purchased. If you have specific questions about caring for your items that is not listed on the care card, feel free to send me a message! ☽ Please note that I am not responsible to damage to purchased products that are a direct result of mishandling/not following care instructions.

Do you do wholesale orders?

Do you do custom/personalized orders?

What's your return and exchange policy?

☽ I will only accept a return or exchange on an item if the item is deemed defective. Returns and/or exchanges are determined on a case-by-case basis. I require photo and/or video proof of said defect before moving forward. *** Please note: any damage due to mishandling on the buyer/customer’s behalf is NOT considered a defect. *** ☽ Although I am a small shop and I do rely on this income, I am happy to work with you the best that I can.
