How do I take care of my jewelry after purchasing?

To keep your jewelry looking its best, proper care is key—especially for silver or gold plated pieces. These have a thin metal layer that can fade over time. Keep jewelry dry and avoid contact with water, lotion, or perfume. Always remove before showering, swimming, or exercising. Gently clean with a soft cloth or cotton ball. Store pieces separately in the pouch provided to avoid scratches or tangling. If your piece is made of stainless steel, it’s more durable—just polish as needed!

How long does shipping take? Can I pay for a rush fee?

Please note our processing time may take 1–2 weeks due to the high volume of handmade custom orders and because our shop is fully run by one person balancing a full-time job. Orders typically ship on Mondays or Wednesdays. If you need your order sooner, we do offer expedited rush shipping for an added fee—just message us to discuss options. What do I do if I placed an order and I accidentally put the wrong address?

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as labels are generated automatically. If you entered the wrong address, message us right away. In most cases, the order will need to be canceled and repurchased with the correct info. If the order has already shipped, we unfortunately can’t be responsible for delivery issues. Thanks for understanding and helping us ensure a smooth delivery!

What do I do if my tracking number claims delivered but I have not received it yet?

If your tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact USPS directly for assistance. Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days (longer for international orders). In rare cases, delays may occur—please allow up to 1–3 weeks. If your package hasn’t arrived after this time, reach out to USPS to file a claim or locate the package. We appreciate your understanding!

Do you accept refunds? What do I do if there was a problem with my order?

Because most of our items are custom-made, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. We only accept refund requests for orders that haven’t shipped yet. Once an item has been sent, refunds are not available unless there was an error on our end. If there’s an issue with your order, please message us before leaving a negative review so we can resolve it promptly. We’re committed to making sure you have a great experience and truly appreciate your understanding and support!

Does your jewelry include warranty? What do I do if my jewelry breaks or tarnishes?

Yes! All jewelry comes with a complimentary 1-year warranty. We offer up to two replacements per item if it becomes damaged, breaks, or tarnishes. To request a replacement, please send us a photo of the item and be prepared to cover the shipping cost. We’re happy to help and grateful for your support! 😊
