I bought this blouse probably over 20 years ago, it’s kind of everything! I never personally wore it, it just kind of has floated around with me over the years. I think it was in my store for a hot second before I closed up, but it was one of those pieces I was just attached to “having” for some reason. I’ve never had anything quite like it. I believe it is from the late 80’s most likely. It’s just got a great look. The pleats alone!!! Knife pleats all around. The lace trim is aged looking & beautiful. Then the fact that it buttons all the way down in the back.. it’s a show stopper. 9 buttons to be exact.
Slightly tapers at waist.

I will say, I think when it was last dry cleaned, they had used thin masking tape on the inside to hold some of the pleats in place. I only noticed as I was steaming it out a little, and some of these little strips were coming up.
They’ve been on there for so long! So the interior now has signs of where the tape once was. I’ll let you decide what to do about this, because I’m just not sure.

No flaws on it’s appearance at all, only this tape situation. See last photos.
No stretch of give. This is vintage & tailored to fit. So check measurements.

It does have thin cotton shoulder pads that are easily removed with 2 snips ✂️
