Damage due to mail service or opening of the package

If the package or envelope arrives damaged or open, send me a photo of the product and packaging as you receive it within 1 day. I will try to estimate the extent of the damage and offer an appropriate partial refund. In the event that an agreement on repayment is not reached, a return will be required with a registered letters within 5 business days. A tracking number for the shipping is strictly required. This shipping will be initially at your cost. When the package will arrive at our lab I will copletely refund the order. All products are shipped with Poste Italiane international priority mail, this type of shipping is very cheap but is NOT fully traceable. Using the two-dimensional code provided at the time of shipment you will be able to know if your correspondence has arrived at the International Exchange Center of Poste Italiane. Once the package has left Italy it is no longer possible to track it, we decline any responsibility in case of delays or losses.
