We have received numerous accolades regarding our packaging, though not all are publicly shared. Rest assured, each miniature will be wrapped, in foam. Then secured with cut up thicker pieces of foam that is recycled from our Resin/3D Printer packaging. Our aim is to uphold the integrity of our craftsmanship and ensure that no miniatures arrive in a damaged state.

Custom and personalized orders

We extend the provision of custom orders for enthusiasts with a preference for distinct models in alternative sizes, such as 15-60mm, etc., or those interested in mixing and matching items from a set. We invite you to reach out to us with your requests, as we are keen to assist in bringing your envisioned tabletop scene to fruition.

Proceed with assurance; our miniatures are rendered with superior quality (devoid of visible lines), employing resin, necessitating minimal cleanup. Upon placing an order, is it possible to alter the size of the miniature or the model type?

Certainly. The possibility of modifying your order, such as changing the size of the miniature or model, largely depends on the nature of the adjustments and the status of your order. Indeed, we dispatch our miniatures in a disassembled condition to ensure their safety throughout the shipping process. As a result, the bases are not affixed, but we recommend utilizing Gorilla Glue for a swift and secure assembly. Additionally, some miniatures may feature modular components.

My package was sent to the wrong address

If the package is dispatched to the address specified by you on Etsy and it turns out to be incorrect, the buyer assumes responsibility for any missing packages. It's essential to furnish us with the correct address, as we solely dispatch to the provided address.
