Ready to Ship / In Stock Items

Ready-to-Ship/In-Stock items are already completed and cannot be customized after purchase. Exchanges are not accepted unless agreed in advance. Eligible buyers may still exercise any mandatory right of withdrawal. This policy does not limit statutory rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described goods. Please check the return terms shown in the listing before ordering and contact us with your measurements if you need sizing guidance.

All shoes are handmade to order in our Athens workshop and produced after purchase. Choosing only standard preset listing options, such as a listed size, color, material, or heel height, does not by itself make an item custom or personalized. Non-prefabricated goods made to the buyer’s individual specifications may be exempt from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law. Any applicable exemption will be clearly stated before purchase. Exchanges or fit adjustments may be offered, but mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Import Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped from Greece. U.S. orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), with import duties and tariffs included. Etsy may still collect sales tax at checkout. EU orders have no customs duties or import taxes. For other destinations, import duties, taxes, customs handling fees, or local charges may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility. Refused or unclaimed shipments are reviewed individually. Any refund or deduction will be handled according to applicable law and the actual non-recoverable costs incurred.

🤍 Orders are shipped with tracking via FedEx, TNT Express, or another suitable carrier. 🤍 We aim to dispatch within the processing time shown in each listing. Delivery may be affected by customs, inspections, weather, holidays, or carrier delays. 🤍 Buyers must provide a complete and correct delivery address and phone number. Please contact us promptly if tracking shows a problem. 🤍 Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights relating to non-delivery, late delivery, loss, transit damage, or goods not as described.

Natural Materials & Handmade Process

🤍 All products are handmade using natural leather and carefully selected materials. 🤍 Small variations in texture, color tone, leather grain, handmade finish, or placement of decorative elements may occur. 🤍 These variations are part of the handmade character and are not considered defects when they do not affect the product’s function, durability, or conformity with the listing description.

🤍 Eligible buyers may notify us within 14 days of delivery that they wish to withdraw from an eligible purchase. After notice, the item must be returned within 14 days where required by law. 🤍 Buyers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Tracked shipping is recommended. 🤍 Shoes may be tried on only on a clean indoor surface. Outdoor wear, marked soles, stains, odors, damage, or excessive handling may result in a deduction for diminished value. 🤍 Where required by law, refunds include the item price and the lowest standard delivery cost. Extra express or upgraded delivery costs are non-refundable. 🤍 Refunds may be withheld until the item or proof of return shipment is received and are then processed within the legal deadline.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

🤍 If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us through Etsy’s “Help with order” and provide clear photos and details. 🤍 These cases are handled separately from change-of-mind returns. 🤍 Where required by law, the remedy may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, without cost to the buyer. 🤍 Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, improper storage, or unsuitable cleaning and care are not manufacturing defects.

4. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as the shipping costs for the replacement product in the exchange.
5. Manufacturing Defects: In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, we will either resolve the issue or provide a replacement product at no additional charge.
