Clown Hat and Ruff Pattern using fabrics of your choice. A medium to heavy weight fabric is recommended though felt fabric is recommended for the hat. Perfect for Halloween.

One Size Fits All
PDF Files Includes pattern, materials needed, and easy to follow step by step instructions.
PDF is saved as letter sized papers and also a file with A4 size papers is included.
Total 9 pieces of paper need to be printed and taped together.
Materials Needed:
1. 40” long ribbon or twill tape that is 1/2” wide
2. 1/2 yard fabric for ruffle
3. 1/2 yard fabric for hat
4. 12 yards (400”) Yarn for pompom
5. Buttons or RicRac ribbons for
decoration
25” for hat
129” for Ruff
