All orders are customized with heat transfer vinyl or glitter (it depends on material that is need to be customized). We can print your initials, names , titles or your special design. Every product is made by order with care and love.

All the products are true to size, but if you doubt please don't hesitate and ask with a private message. Our customer service will do their best to help you in any situation.

Dear Customer, As all our products are done by the HTV and we are shipping them all fast please as soon as you receive your package
1. Let your garments to sit without washing it for at least 24 h.
2. We do not recommend to DRY CLEAN
3. Please , Wash and Dry Garments INSIDE OUT with a Cold or Warm Water Temperature
4. And DO NOT Iron Directly on the Printed Images

You can write your gift note while you are checking out your order and your note for your loved one will be included in your order.

For the non-customized products we can offer only exchange, but the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.

Yes , you can cancel your order but only within 24 hours after placing your order . After 24 hours your order is already in production and unfortunately we can not do any changes or cancellations.

But we also understand that sometimes you need it on the next day, so our team is glad to announce that we are doing rush orders as well. For the rush orders you need to contact with our customer service and they will let you know how much it will cost and when the delivery exactly can be done.
