The functional ceramics I make are dishwasher and microwave safe. And made with non-toxic materials. Which means they are food safe as well! This includes everything: mugs, bowls, plates, etc....and even the custom dog dishes!

All glazes and clay used are food safe unless otherwise noted. For all custom orders, I have a list of glazes to choose from. These are the glazes I have in my studio and are in stock with the suppliers I use. All colors are subject to change if the supply chain is low or if a glaze is no longer made by the supplier. I'm always so excited when someone asks about my miniature work. Most of the minis I make are for the dollhouse enthusiast out there. I know every bit of detail and patience that goes into creating miniatures so I know when you go to purchase a miniature you want it to fit perfectly into your own little space you've created. I do have a few people who ask about sizing of a mug or other art I've made. To help, when I post an item I usually post a photo of me holding the item as well as adding details of size in inches to each items description. For cups and mugs, I sometimes include how many ounces or cups of liquid they will hold. And for miniatures, I ALWAYS clearly state if they are miniature in size including photos and a description as well.

I am terribly sorry if you didn't understand what miniature meant in my title and description of the item. Miniature items mean smaller than a regular sized item. Typically purchased by dollhouse enthusiasts. Each buyer is responsible for reading each purchase description and viewing photos before each purchase. I always include photos and a description of sizes in my listings. That being said, it is stated in my policies that I do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, even if you didn't read and understand your purchase. I do apologize the inconvenience this may cause you.

I love to make custom and personal orders! If you order a custom item from my shop you can be sure I will do my best to fulfill your needs. However, if you do order a custom item, please know that I do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on your order. As a buyer you are responsible for making sure you read the descriptions in each item. I will also full each order as chosen by you in the order form. I will wait for a 24 hour period if you wish to change your mind but once that period is over and I have started on your item already, it cannot be canceled. Please understand that with ceramic work especially, it cannot be "undone" and this costs me materials and time. Thank you for understanding!

I always wrap each item with upmost caution and best methods. Unfortunately, I am not responsible for your package once it leaves my care. If damage was done to your package in shipping, you will have to send USPS photos of the box, as well as the postage label on the box AND proof of the damaged item. You will also have to save the box and contents to take to YOUR local post office to show evidence of damage. I will not reimburse you directly for a damaged item. USPS will send you a reimbursement once you file a claim with them. If you would like a replacement item, you will have to order and pay for it again. I will not make replacement items for free! Thank you for understanding.

I do my best to make sure each item is photographed to the best of my ability with color in mind. Colors may also look slightly different in person compared to online though because of your device's brightness and contrast settings. That being said, if you do a custom order and choose a color, please make sure that you look at all the photos provided for examples of that color.

In terms of materials, especially with pottery, I purchase my clay and glazes from suppliers, meaning I don't make my own. All glazes and clays I use are lead free and food safe. Clay and glaze quality may vary depending on what the supplier has provided. For example, I can't control the amount of "speckles" in the speckled clay, as it is added in during the company's clay making process. Please know that custom orders especially will vary due to variables that are out of my control. Thank you!

Each item is handmade! This means that no item is exactly the same. I do post photos of items and have descriptions that each may vary slightly. For custom orders, please read full details. However, when some slight differences occur, what you may think is a slight imperfection is just a reminder that each piece is hand crafted individually and not mass produced. Keep in mind that variations can occur due to things that are out of my control as well, such as clay or glaze differences, and kiln firings can have effects on pieces. Once an item leaves my care, unfortunately I don't have control over how it is delivered. If your package is saying it is delivered or is in delivery but is past the delivery date, please reach out to USPS with your item's tracking number. They should be able to locate it or give instructions on how it was delivered. If they cannot recover the item, please go to USPS online and make a claim for your item. I'm always happy to remake an item for you, but you will have to make a replacement purchase first. I will not start a replacement until a new order has been made and paid for.
