This is an absolutely lovely handmade ceramic piggy bank in the shape of a fox. It was sculpted by local artist Amber Day and glazed with a combination of white and black details while leaving the beautiful natural orange brown of the clay to make up most of the fox's color. I adore its sweet shape! Day has such a talent for animal faces! This piggy bank has a plastic stopper on the bottom so that you can remove the change without having to smash the bank. It measures 5.5x6x3.75 and is quite heavy. It is in perfect condition and is signed by the artist on the bottom. I can't get over the detail on the bottom on the feet. What a treasure this little fox is! It would make such a thoughtful gift for a baby shower, to a young child to teach them the value of money, or as a gift for any fox enthusiast adult!
