This Burpees Workout shirt can be made as a tank, or a tee. There are 2 different styles tanks - one is the Popular District Rocker tank, which is pretty true to size. The other is Next Level's Ideal Tank, which is slim fit tank, and definitely runs small. Check the size comparison in the image listed.

The t shirts can be made as ladies' versions or unisex versions - the ladies' are available as either a slim fit or a standard fit. Following is the difference in chest width for the different styles. As you can see there is quite a difference. I would say that the Rocker is the closest to true to size. Rocker Number Sizing.
