arrived on time, good quality !!!
I haven't had to use the product yet so I can't comment on the quality. I purchased just to have on hand in case of a need. Shipping seemed to be slow but it didn't bother me since I wasn't ready to use it. I didn't need any customer service so I can't comment about that either.
