As time has gone on necktie as well as other clothes lose presentable appearance. In order to avoid such lose it is better to know some service instructions: 1) Silk necktie shold not be weared every day - it needs a rest. 2) Being in business travel it should be stored in special box. 3) Silk necktie should be stored suspending, never leave up it binding. It is better to take some minutes to tie saving its attractive look. 4) Do not rubbing it with seat belt to avoid buffies.

How to store neckties?
We dispatch orders in firm boxes able for futher warehousing or hang them.

Your order will be dispatched to any country in period of 1-3 working days in reliable package. We make all efforts to delivery your order. Unfortunately we are not responsible for operational delivery efficiency of post services after shipment. Please check the estimated shipping time for your region. As a rule before holidays it can take more time as usual. Please order in plenty of time or please be appreciated in case of delay of delivery.

Each necktie is packed in firm gift box ready to be sent to any international direction. Please be informed that it can be used for storage or to be presented.

If you liked something in our shop but wish in another colour, style or size - please feel free and contact me. All products are hand-made after your order. Personal orders may take 1-3 working days depending on volume.

Order cancellation policy:
A customer needs to inform us about cancellation within one day after an order is made!
All our products are handmade specifically for the customer’s order and we put the effort in order for a customer to receive it as soon as possible. Once we’ve started working on the item which was ordered, we won’t be able to cancel it.
If a cancellation will be requested by a customer within 1 day, a customer will be refunded 5% less, because of the bank commission.

Refunds and partial refunds (minus 20% of the order amount and taxes) are possible if:
- The buyer received a serviceable product, did not use it, and he no longer needs it.
- The ordered size or color does not fit or does not match the declared one and the buyer wants to return it.

For the above problems, the buyer must report to us within 3 days of receiving the package.

The buyer must send the goods back to the address specified by the seller within 14 days from the receipt of the goods.
You have 14 days from delivery of the item to send it back to the seller.

As soon as we receive the returned item from the buyer and check for damage, we will approve the refund.

If the goods from the buyer are returned damaged or worn, then the seller has the right to deduct the loss of the value of the goods from the amount paid by the buyer.

Postage costs for returning goods are at the expense of the buyer.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
Refund is not possible if:
- The customer has already used the product.
- The product was damaged due to the fault of the buyer.
- If more than 14 days have passed since the receipt of the order by the buyer.

- Yes, the buyer can make changes to his order within 24 hours after payment.

Re-delivery terms:
- If the client did not pick up the package on time and it was sent back to us, the buyer will need to pay extra for the second delivery, after which we will send it again.

- If the client did not pick up the parcel on time, and it was sent back to us, but the buyer does not want to pay for the second shipment, we refund 50% of the order amount.
