What is your return policy?

I want you to be happy with your jewels. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. All returns must have the original tags attached and be returned in original packaging. To return an item, please contact me within 3 days of delivery, and ship item(s) back within 7 days of delivery. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. I reserve the right to deny a refund if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet the quality standards. All shipping charges are non-refundable, no exceptions.

What are the conditions of return?

What is your shipping policy?

• Please Check your address again and if it is wrong please message me Right Away! • At this time, I do not accept PO Boxes for delivery. • I will generally ship your item within 1 -2 business days of your purchase using the United States Postal Service (USPS) 1st class mail or you can upgrade to Priority mail. • Please note that I cannot be responsible for USPS delivery times. I’m not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have shipped. I’m not responsible for post office delays in shipping due to holidays, incorrect addresses, and other delays. Please contact the post office directly for any lost/delayed packages.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

After I shipped your purchase, Etsy sent you Email with a tracking number. Please follow the tracking number and check the status by yourself.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! International shipping is offered to Canada, UK, France, Ireland, Switzerland, Sweden, Monaco, Spain, Denmark, Belgium, Finland, Iceland, Austria, Norway, Turkey, Israel, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Japan, Singapore, and South Korea.

Do I have to pay customs and extra fees for shipping internationally?

All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. These pearl threader earrings are quite nice. they met my expectations. You need to use a silicone stopper to keep them from sliding out. I contacted the seller about that issue and she will be sending a set of stoppers with all orders. Other than that they are quite lovely. thanks, Lynda
