Highlights

Made by BazarElMarrakchi
Materials: Brass

This Moroccan brass wall sconce is handmade in Marrakech with a dramatic round medallion form, densely pierced radial decoration and a delicate lace-like outer edge. A raised central dome gives the circular design additional depth, while the intricate cutwork creates a rich handcrafted surface even when the lamp is switched off. When illuminated, light can filter through the openings and animate the surrounding wall, making this sculptural piece especially suited to an entryway or hallway.

✦ HANDMADE CRAFTSMANSHIP

Each wall lamp is individually handmade by skilled Moroccan artisans in Marrakech using traditional metalworking techniques. The brass surface is carefully pierced to build the dense radiating design and finely detailed outer border.

✦ LIGHT & ATMOSPHERE

The numerous pierced openings allow light to pass through the brass and create decorative patterns of light and shadow on the surrounding wall.

The final shadow effect depends on the bulb, brightness, room and distance between the fixture and surrounding surfaces.
