**Wash My Hands**

A sequencing strip that breaks down the basic steps of washing your hands. Great for individuals of all ages, who are looking to increase self-care independence.

Each file includes one sequencing strip with pump soap and one with bar soap, in both light and dark skin tones.


**Brush My Teeth**

A sequencing strip that breaks down the basic steps of brushing your teeth. Great for individuals of all ages, who are looking to increase self-care independence.

Each file includes boy and girl sequences, in both light and dark skin tones. One full-page strip and one smaller strip for each sequence.

These printable sequences include all the steps required for showering.

Each file includes a mix of the following options:

full page/half page
dark skin/light skin
shower curtain/shower door
with hair washing steps and without

**Take A Shower (Strips)**

These printable sequences include all the steps required for showering. Broken down into 5 smaller strips to make sequencing more manageable. Focus on one strip at a time, and then flip to move onto the next chunk of steps.

Blue strip- preparing to shower
Green strips- body parts to wash
Yellow strip- hair washing
Red strip- drying and dressing

Each file includes 4 pages:
light skin/shower with shower curtain
dark skin/shower with shower curtain
light skin/shower with door
dark skin/shower with door

Print (cardstock preferred), cut, laminate, hole punch, and add a binder ring for a reusable visual support that can come right into the shower with you. Keeping out of the direct line of water is recommended (suction cup hooks work great!).

**Get Dressed**

Printable strip includes a basic 6-step sequence for getting dressed.

Each file includes female, male, and gender-neutral options in both light and dark skin tones.


Print files today and use immediately. We recommend printing on card stock and laminating for added durability.

This product was designed by a pediatric occupational therapist using Boardmaker software. As a therapist, Boardmaker is my favorite tool for creating visual supports. The images are simple and effective. Children don't get lost in unnecessary details or overwhelmed by colors. The simplicity of their designs leads to more effective processing and better outcomes.
