Most of my jewelry has alloy components and may tarnish over time. Store accordingly

I will create custom pieces exclusively for my customers, from new designs to changing colors or stones on existing designs to meet your specific requirements. However, Custom orders are non-refundable, but i will do my best to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. Custom orders will be held for 48 hours before being offered for sale to the public unless agreed before.

I ship USPS first class with tracking. However, once shipped packages may be delayed by several days due to USPS issues.
Orders marked delivered are non refundable. Please check with your local post office.

Every order, has a tracking number provided by USPS. No minimum purchase required for tracked shipping. Make sure your address is updated on Etsy.Please reach out to your local post office to resolve delivery issues. Free replacements will not be sent for orders marks delivered.
