Do you accept returns?

Typically we do not accept returns due to our products being hand made, however, in the very unlikely event that your product is faulty or breaks, please don't hesitate to contact us within 14 days of receiving your product and we will organise an exchange or full refund (including the postage) upon receiving the return.

Are your phone charms durable enough to keep my phone safe?

We go through every step to make sure our phone charms are as strong and durable as possible. We stress test every phone charm before sending. After testing many methods of securing our phone charms we found that the method that we currently use is the most secure way possible. The waxed cord that we use for the phone charms is extremely tough and resistant to snapping. *Please note, although the straps are tough, they are not indestructible, so please make sure you take care of your charm. They also contain small pieces, so please keep them away from pets and children.

How will I receive my order?

All of our orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class (untracked) unless you choose one of our other delivery options. For a full list of our delivery times please see our "estimated delivery times" above. We aim to fulfil and dispatch all of our orders within 3 days from the date of purchase.

Custom and personalised orders

Yes of course we can do custom orders, just send us a message or go on our page and click on the "Request Custom Order" button to get started. We will do our best to create the item you desire and we will make sure to provide you with images before you purchase to make sure you are 100% happy with it. We also offer personalisation of our phone charms. Just select the personalisation option on the phone charm of your choice and provide us with the name or message you would like on your charm.

It looks just like the pictures - the subtle iridescence of the beads is beautiful. I'm also very happy with the string they are threaded on - it seems sturdy, the knots are very secure, and overall I think this wrist strap will stand up to normal use for a good while to come.
