What will I receive after purchasing a product from you?

After purchasing a product from my shop, you will receive a digital download. This means that the product is not physical but rather a PDF file containing a link to access editable templates for Instagram posts or other digital designs. In some cases, the download may also include PNG or JPG files alongside the PDF, but this will be clearly mentioned in the product description.

Is it free to use the Canva editor?

Yes, it is absolutely free to use the Canva editor. My Instagram post templates and other social media marketing designs always utilize graphics, photos, and fonts that are free for both personal and commercial use within Canva. You do not need to purchase a premium Canva subscription or pay for any graphics used in my templates.

Custom and personalized orders

No, currently I do not offer custom and personalized orders due to limitations on time and resources. However, I have a wide range of pre-designed templates available that can be customized to suit your needs. Feel free to explore the available options and contact me if you have any specific questions or requests regarding the existing templates

Can I resell the purchased templates from you?

No, you cannot resell the purchased Instagram post templates, story highlights, or any other social media templates from my shop. These products are for personal and commercial use by the buyer only. Reselling or redistributing the templates is a violation of the terms and conditions.

What happens after I make a purchase?

No, you are not permitted to share the templates themselves with others. The purchased templates are for your personal and commercial use only. However, you can share your own end-product, such as a PDF file, that you have created using the templates. Please note that redistributing or sharing the original templates is a violation of the terms and conditions.

I highly recommend using the desktop version of the Canva site on your computer to edit templates, as sometimes bugs happen on the mobile version.
