The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. Usually varying from 1 to 2 weeks (for pendants) and 3 to 4 weeks (for the chains- bracelets) because of the handmade process of making an item requires. For details, see individual items.

First you can contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Αfter we know of the problem and the reason for its return or cancellation, we'll let you know if we can make any refund or cancellation of your order.

Exchange or returns to the chains are not allowed. The reason is that any order for chain-bracelet is unique and customized only for that order and we did not hold any such product in stock.
And
Returns for pendants and crosses are accepted only for exchange with any other product of equal or greater value.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Item must be in perfect condition as delivered. If the item is not its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Keep gold jewellery separately from silver jewellery.
Gold scratches easily, so keep them in individual soft cloth bags or the original boxes they came it.

Give it a wipe.
At the end of the day, wipe your jewellery with a anti-tarnish cloth before storing it away. This will make sure any lingering moisture, oils or dust is gone.

Do not use toothpaste.
That home remedy is too abrasive and will damage your jewellery in the long run.

Store your jewellery in a clean, dry place.
