Can you edit my file for me?

OF COURSE! just contact me through etsy message or at my personal business email and I would be very happy to help you! After purchase, send me your business details and any other request. I will send you your template, in 1 business day for your consideration and if you need any tweaks, I will do that for you. You will get 5 ROUNDS of REVISIONS.

Can I print my files at home?

Yes, definitely. Printing at home is generally more affordable if you have everything you need to print.

Can you print and ship the files to us?

Unfortunately, at this time I do not offer printing services. I recommend Vistaprint but you can use any on-line printing service of your choice.

How do I download my files?

After your payment has been processed, the file with link to edit on Canva, will be delivered electronically, in a few minutes after purchase. You will receive an email on your Etsy account, with a link to download these files. You could also access the print files by visiting your ETSY profile > Purchases and Reviews.

After purchase, you will able to download my pdf template. This PDF (5 pages) includes: - the link with a link directly to the Canva Template, on your Canva account, ready to be edited. - 3 pages of REALLY accurate instructions to edit on canva. If the template is ready to be printed, you'll get the template in PDF format and the link, if you wish to edit your template on canva.

Can I edit on Canva if I don't have Canva Pro?

Yes, you can edit on canva FREE version. There are thousands of fonts, element and template, that you can use for free. Some elements and fonts are just available in Canva Pro, in this case, if you really like an item in Canva pro, I suggest to try Canva Pro for 30 days for free, you'll able to do everything you want, but don't forget to cancel your subscription at before the 31st day.

What can I edit on Canva?

✅ You can change the font style, size, or colour ✅ Add new text boxes or reposition/resize the text box to make it your own ✅ Remove, reposition, drag or add elements on your template ✅ when you are happy with your design, you can download your cake logo as PDF, PNG or JPEG. ✅ Make UNLIMITED edits with no expiration! Some of elements could be images, so you can't change the colour but you can edit, using filters and adjusting brightness, contrast, saturation and so on.

If I realize that I'm not able to edit on Canva, can you edit for me even some days later after purchase?

OF COURSE! I'm always here for my customers, does't matter how many days after purchase. You can contact me 1 week after or 1 month after purchase and I will be very happy to help you!

Can you edit just some parts of my template?

Of course I can, for example, if you edit a logo by yourself, and then you want to get a transparent background, but you don't have canva Pro to do this, I can do this for you. in this case, when you have done with your design, you need to share with me the canva link, so that I can open the template on my Canva, with your editing. To do this click the button at the top "share", and then click "share a link to use as template", then click "copy", then contact me and paste the link on the message.
