Ordered Charcoal Heather but vest arrived jet black. Contacted Seller and they offered to fix the situation. I had a show and needed the vest, black vs dark grey, not the end of the world, I didn't make them replace it, but quick friendly customer service, nonetheless. Mistakes happen.
