How long will it take to receive my order?

Majority of our orders are shipped out within 3 business days. Custom printed order take additional 3 business days after we receive your print ready artwork. 95 % of our orders are delivered within 3 days after shipment via UPS, USPS or FedEx.

Do you sell to individual customers or just to companies?

Although most of our sales are business to business, we can sell to any type of customer.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We ship our orders via UPS / FedEx / USPS Ground. Shipping rates are displayed once you add the product to cart and specify your address. FREE US SHIPPING. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING cost will be displayed on product listing.

All regularly stocked items, with the exception of custom printed products, can be returned within 14 days of receipt, so long as they are unused and in the original packaging. If you decide to return the goods for a reason other than manufacturing defect (i.e. you decided you did not need the item), it will result in a 20% restocking fee and require you to pay for the shipping costs associated with returning the product(s) back to us. When you return a product, please place the item along with the with RMA number, original invoice into secure packaging, and ship it back to the address given in the email you received.

We take great care in packaging our products so they are transport-worthy. Nonetheless, if an item ordered by you was delivered in a damaged condition, please send us a Etsy convo immediately with photographs of the unopened package illustrating the damage. We will contact the logistics partner and initiate a transit damage claim if applicable. Once the claim is approved and material received back to us, replacements will be sent out to you.

The boxes are pretty nice and I like how they are more matted and not glossy. They did come apart a bit though at the folds on a few of the boxes so they are not the sturdiest or strongest boxes. Not sure how they will do during shipment - they may fall apart more. I feel like this is a nice company that I would like to work with more - just wish the boxes were a bit better in overall quality. Thank you.
