Seller's description

Specifications

May include: A wooden toy door with multiple locks and latches, including a keyhole, a sliding bolt, and a hasp. The door is made of light wood and has a natural finish. The locks and latches are made of brass and have a polished finish. The door is sitting on a blue and white patterned fabric.

Our toddler music busy board is an exciting mix of traditional street melodies sounding from hand cranked barrel organs or as it is also called - hurdy gurdy, and cute tiny doors with different latches and surprises behind them.

This small and attractive toy consists of 4 melodies:
- Swan lake
- You are my sunshine
- Happy birthday
- Spirited Away (H. Miyazaki cartoon).
There is an opportunity to choose some other famous classic melodies: Fur Eliza - Beethoven, Merry Christmas, Harry Potter theme, and others.

We find busker Victorian organs special, kind, and pleasant for children who like slow rhythms, introduce puppet-show for their parents and friends, or just want to relax and dream a little bit before going to bed.
As for latches, they are widespread developing elements according to Montessori preschool materials. Such a sensory board is helpful for the fine motor skills development of the baby's fingers, rising the kid's savvy, memory, counting, and logistics skills. Allow your child to discover the world by their hands!

Our latch boards are made of quality hard plywood. All elements are well ground, edges are rounded, and all parts are fixed with glue and hardware. We can cover it with eco-friendly non-toxic acrylic varnish or polish with beeswax for a nice view and smell.

Thematic pics and names of melodies are used as surprises behind the doors. They are made by handcraft manual engraving which is so rare nowadays (because almost everyone uses laser engravers. So it's totally handmade toy!). Any pics can be engraved there: animals, plants, cartoon characters, sports equipment, kid's and family members' names - everything you choose!

Latches and hands of musicals are painted with metallic "dark gold" or "old brass" paint ("old brass" color is a fabric for latches).

It is an exclusive handmade 1st birthday gift
for both baby boy and baby girl. It is suitable for children up to 6-7 years (my 5-year-old son was over the moon when has seen it at first and even didn't allow me to finish it and make photos :)

It also looks like vintage or steampunk-style home decor.

You can order a personalized view, sending me your regards about a view of the music box.

As usual, I propose free shipping around the world.
