When will my order arrive?

Orders sent through USPS First Class Mail can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. This includes most bookmark orders with free shipping. During average mail times they will usually arrive faster, however USPS seems to be fairly inconsistent. Sometimes orders reach their destination very quickly, but it is also normal for them to take longer. If your order has not arrived after three weeks please let me know.

Etsy provides a tracked shipping service through Pitney Bowes to mail light, flat items such as bookmarks using USPS First Class Mail. When there are high volumes of mail, USPS does not always actively scan track each step so your order tracking may not show updates. This is especially true during the busy holiday season. I consider this service a confirmation for you that your order is on its way. If your tracking is showing "pre-transit" it is usually because the post offices are not scanning the envelope barcode to update the tracking as it moves through the postal system. As most of my customers value free shipping, this service is a way for me to provide that to you without raising my prices.

Bookmark orders with free shipping are mailing in a blue #10 envelope through USPS First Class Mail. Please watch your mailbox for a pretty blue envelope with the shop logo. It can take up to three weeks for First Class Mail to arrive, especially during high volume times. Please know that it is on it's way to you. (See bookmark tracking answer above for additional information on tracking your order)

Can I personalize my order?

Yes, absolutely! I am working on adding more personalization options to my shop for you. However in the meantime, I am happy to personalize any bookmark for a small personalization fee. This can be a name on the front or back (if the artwork allows space to do so), a quote or phrase on the back, or whatever else you would like. The personalization will always be designed to match the artwork of the bookmark you have chosen. Please send me a custom order message with your requests and we'll work together to make sure they are exactly as you wish. **Personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these products. This is why it is important that you look over your proof carefully before sending an approval.

Do you take commissioned or custom artwork orders?

Yes! I love working with you on creating custom bookmarks or commissioned artwork. I've done custom birthday bookmarks, wedding bookmarks, commissioned house portraits, paintings created from your personal photos and more. Please message me with your ideas and requests for more information. We will work together to create something beautiful for your event or home. **Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these products. You will have the opportunity to see proofs and give your approval before the product is shipped to you.
