Damage/ Defect:
Before packing each order, I personally go through each piece carefully to make sure I am not sending any item which is damaged or defective, and then carefully pack the order using a hard cardboard box, bubble wrap, and crinkle-cut paper shred, if needed. But the safety of the package also depends on how the post office has handled your package during transit. If your items arrived damaged, please contact me within 3 days (no exception) for a replacement or refund. After that window, I will be unable to assist you with the refund or replacement.

Shipping and lost packages:
I try to ship all orders in 1-3 business days and will contact you with the tracking id but I cannot guarantee that the package will arrive on a certain day as it may take longer than expected in some unfortunate circumstances. If your package is lost during transit, either I will contact you myself and you can reach out to me and we can decide the further steps. Once the package has been delivered to your place or in the mailbox, I will no longer be responsible for any theft/ stolen/ missing packages. You can contact your local USPS office for any issues related to that matter. If you need any help in doing so, please reach out to me and I will try to help.
